Cancellations within 24 hours

If you cancel after the 24‑hour window, you will be responsible for the studio rental fee associated with your appointment time.

Same‑day cancellations

Cancellations made on the same day as your appointment are charged the full cost of the session, as the room rental and treatment time cannot be filled on short notice.

No‑shows

Missed appointments without notice are charged the full session fee.
